本系列产品以纸、塑膜、纺织布或铝箔为基材，通过流涎一次复合成二层、三层（夹心复合），广泛应用于食品包装、药品包装等各个行业。如制作口杯、方便面碗、饲料包装袋、胶带布、快餐盒、无纺布袋子。PLC人机界面集中控制，机、电、气、一体化设计，高精度模头，高速#混炼螺杆、快速换网，360度二放卷架，可配单挤出机，双挤出机，多挤出机实现多层共挤。

纸塑复合、塑料复合、铝塑复合、纸铝塑复合、不干胶系列。





LM800-1800 High-speed Extrusion Film Laminating Machine

Main Characteristic:

Extrusion Film Laminating Machine take the materials like paper, plastic film, spinning and non-woven cloth or Aluminum foil as raw materials, The materials are compounded into two layer and three layer(inter-layer compounding) through casting in one processing. They are widely applicable for packing food and medicine, for example: cups, instant noodles bowls, packing bags for feed, adhesive tape cloth, snack boxes and non-woven cloth.

Extrusion Film Laminating Machine adopts PCL control. Extrusion Film Laminating Machine has die head with high precision and high-speed, high-effective mixing screw rods. It is fast to change the filter screen. Extrusion Film Laminating Machine has double unwinding stands with rotation of 360 degree.

Extrusion Film Laminating Machine can be additionally assembled with a single extruder and double extruders, which can extrude in multi layers at the same time.
