1、定期检查机器内部部件的磨损情况要定期检查机器内部部件的磨损情况，如中心入料管、锥帽、叶轮上、下流道衬板、圆周护板、鄂板的磨损程度，磨损较严重的要及时进行修补或更换，同时更换部件的重量、型号和尺寸等，一定都要按原来的部件参数进行更换。
